About Shipping

We ship packages within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. Due to the work progress of DHL, we have no way of controlling it. Sometimes the package will be delayed, especially international shipping. International shipping will take 7-21 days.You can contact DHL through the contact information below to get the ETA and other information about the package.

If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the DHL Customer Service at +1 317-554-5191. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to DHL.

If the package is not received within 40 days after it is sent out, we will help you contact the insurance company to apply for a full refund.

Buyers must ensure that the delivery address is accurate. If the package is returned due to inaccurate address, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
